Dog as ever today... And Induction at gym.induction is one hour, then going to do something for an hour, either a 'all purpose get started workout' or a swim. Hell, maybe even both..... Excited in a slightly weird way! -

Phew..... I'm exhausted reading this! Today. Did shoelaces up. No seriously, Saturday Dog and golf. Walked 11 miles. Sunday. Same, but 12 miles Yesterday just dog. 5 miles Today, dog and golf.
