  3. Why did I fail? Talked myself into one more weekend. One more day. One more cigarette. I'll quit to morrow! Same old excuses.
  4. I am getting back on and taking the NOPE pledge! No more excuses.
  5. My most challenging time is when I get out of work at midnight and start to convince myself to have a smoke. Even after being good all day any suggestions? What do you guys do with a strong urge and challenge?

  8. Hi 56 yo guy I've been smoking a long time quit for 5 years once and 2 years another time. I work 12 hour shifts 3 times a week and don't smoke for the whole shift so I know I can do this. I recognize the same feeling of other posters that it's more the dread of not having cigarettes in your life anymore. Well here's to kicking the habit for good. I am going to have to do this with my wife smoking she feels she is to stressed to try and I just need to do this now. Thanks for the support
