Hi everyone. I'm Carlos, 23 years old, from Portugal and I've been a smoker since I was 15, unfortunately! It all started with friends in school, trying to fit in a group that only lead me to problems and a whooping from my mom from time to time, still the time went by and the addiction stayed with me until now. Currently I'm living in London and I've started a program from the drugstore that lasts for 4 months, they provided me with patches 25mg and gum 4mg, it's my second day and to be honest for who was smoking a pack a day the patches are doing its work wonderfully, I don't even feel the need to chew some gum to help out and until now I can deal with the fact that I work with smokers. I know it will be a long journey but I'm ready, I have an objective a goal and I feel determined to conquer it all. Anyhow, that's about it. Loving the forum and how supportive people are.
