  2. I really don't have excuses, I made a choice to smoke and it was a bad one. As most of u know I went to Australia I decided foolishly I didn't want to spend the holiday craving a cigarette, so when I got to Hong Kong I had one and then smoked for the rest of the holiday. I have tried to quit since I have been home lasting two day. last night yet again I CHOSE to smoke and again this morning. I really don't know what is going on with me I feel weak, ashamed and a total bell end sorry but I need help, I'm sick of feeling this low and I need my assignment kicked I hope you guys give me another chance. i know i made a bad choice and keep making them when it comes to smoking the worse thing of all of this i have spent so much time over the last 2 years educating myself about addiction yet feel i know nothing as if i did i wouldn't be where i am now. Anyway I'm at work so will stop rambling and just say i have chosen to quit smoking this weekend i know some will say why wait until then and i will that is when i will mentally be prepared.

Hey guys and girls thanks for yr support I decided I needed to get out of work and do some serious retail therapy, which of course is always gonna work as its black friday lol anyway feeling better but not gonna lie do feel worried and a little thrown by this stupid demon nicotine but hey I got through the day so happy days :-)
  4. I quit 66 days ago can't believe I have been hit by cravings after all this time I'm going to do everything I can to hold onto this quit I will start exercise again tomorrow :-/
  5. Feel a bit bad as not been here in a while but oh my days I'm craving a cigarette not sure weather it's because I'm going away in a couple of days. Excited, nervous I have no idea but I can't get it out of my head this has been going on a couple of days and I feel certain one minute that I'm just gonna buy some get over with. I know it's not a good move but it's making me so angry :-(

  10. I feel fine I have also been swimming and I go pole train once a week just call me hard core haha only down side I'm not losing weight I'm gaining muscle but as long as I drop a dress size before I go to oz I will be happy. Hope you guys are all good much love to u all x

  13. For the last five days I have been on the herbalife diet and have done insanity, and anyone that has done this exercise will know it is intense but I have to say I feel so alive and so much less stressed it fab :-)
