I have beat my self up for relapsing yet again and it has took a lot for me to come back mainly because I am embarrassed, but I don't mind if any of you want to give me some tough love if it means being given another chance for the support, im not going to give excuses because that would be just stupid as there is none. I am grateful to marti who has been there for me over the last couple of days and is always there whenever I need her.i thank you for that xx

  5. I will do hun, I am a big eater so slimming world works for me, it's quite easy to follow once you get the gist of it. I will definitely keep updates x
  6. Well I thought I would add my pennies worth here, I also didn't read the books but I did go watch the film and thought it wasn't that bad, well not as bad as I was expecting. I am watching the 100 at the moment and am quite into it my husband on the other hand is right into SOA where I just couldn't get into that. Twilight I am a massive fan of loved it. :-)
  7. Just finished my insanity workout Sean T defiantly works you hard, I have the 90 day beach body workouts. I feel exhausted but happy, as the days go on my fitness levels will get better. :-) Thanks peeps x
  8. Hi Joe - I'm on today started exercising and keeping busy, back to work tomorrow which is going to be the best thing as there is no way I can smoke there. Thank you for your support x

Awe Michelle, don't feel you need to smoke I think what may be going on is that for the first few weeks you are adjusting to life without smoking. your mind is playing tricks use diversion tactics such as have a shower or breath through it, put some music on and dance. I hope your ok and this has passed.
  12. Great post, I was at my happiest when I was exercising and healthy eating, I had also quit smoking I felt so alive. I would also meditate. This will be me as of tomorrow, my new plan to stop moping around and start my healthy life style.
  13. When i relapsed i can honestly say i went into depression mode, I hated the fact I had let myself down again, so you won't get no harsh comments from me as I know you have punished yr self enough. all I will say is crack on with yr new quit, chin up and don't let it get you down x

  17. Thanks ava, I'm going to use my audible and refer to points that I'm feeling at the time. To be honest I never thought of using it to refresh my mind, I will now though x
  18. Hi doreensfree, I have Alan Carr on audible and I know everything he says makes sense, I'm feeling better and tomorrow I will start my meditation and healthy life style again. I will get through this but for today I will eat sweets and watch movies lol x
  19. Well done rob for not giving up on quitting, it can be hard and is but we can do this and get through it together we have got a great support system here. :-)
  20. Oh dear serious junky thinking going on today, do I even want to quit?. I have even read Alan Carr easy way again. honestly I read but I'm at the point where it's nothing new, it's down to choice and I don't feel strong at the moment.

  22. I can't believe how hard I'm finding this, I know I had a rough day Friday but it's not as though I went back to smoking as normal. I have stuff going through my head like do what makes you happy and it's not the right time omg I know it's junky thinking but I'm struggling at the moment and don't really understand why.
