  9. ok I switched to Internet Explorer then click on More Reply Options (at the bottom right next to POST) at the bottom you will see Attach Files~click browse and choose your picture from your computer then click attach this file it comes up as a thumbnail but if people click on the thumbnail it enlarges it you might have to shrink the picture first if it says its too big and save it on your computer you can do this by going to www.shrinkmypicture.com its a long winded way but its a way for now and will get easier with practice ~ good luck :)

Hi Kendranz welcome to the board :) congratulations on your quit, maybe the fear of you going to stay with your friend is bringing on the craves a bit I know for me any fears made things worse take it one step at a time, one day at a time keep busy and read and post, work it through it does all pass and become easier as reguards to your friend, have a plan talk to them so you both feel comfortable you are a non smoker and maybe you can be an inspiration to your friend :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
