Sounds like you are finding your stride oneistoo, focusing on small tasks is a great way forward, sometimes the quit can consume us and its hard to concentrate on other things, but I found distractions to be of great help and sense of achievements a good confidence booster which in turn helps the quit. Great to see you finding your way through the fog and following your journey a good inspiration to others! Have a good day x

    Going to do a meatloaf today but there are 100's of recipes anyone got one that I know will be good please?

  13. I am published in the book Marquis Who's Who, I thought it was a joke and just proves they will take anyone to buy the book at £500 a pop! But my ex at the time was so p---ed as he is more vain than Warren Beatty, that it was priceless on the amusement scale :) and no I did not buy the book so a waste of ink really lol

You are on day 5 of not smoking and are using nrt so you are in a state of withdrawl, cravings will be happening and you will be out of whack for a while whilst your body is adjusting to not having all those chemicals and a lower dose of nicotine flowing into it Your quit is yours and all roads lead to rome eventually You are doing just fine, stick to nope and it will get easier do you understand the principles of the book though as in, how addictive nicotine is and that makes us addicts?

Welcome Brenddy please take each day as it comes, I found the more I feared something the worse it was, take it step by step, hour by hour, day by day, read and post as much as you can the board will support you Each day will be a huge achievement, so shout it from the hills you are doing an amazing thing and should be proud that you QUIT, we are of you :)
