  6. That's the way, maybe look on YouTube for sit up techniques to find ones that suit you and to make sure you do them safely there are so many ways and they are all on YouTube, that would be a good start for you xx

Oh leannna sweetheart never be embarrassed hun this made me tear up, just do what you can do that is a challenge in itself, not a competition hun, leave out any of the ones you cannot do but log the ones you can, you will improve over time and I will be more excited to see your logs than my own hun Please don't do anything that hurts you just try normal sit ups for now xxxx

  11. That's great Karl, running will help you, keep your fluid intake up in the first few days your sugar levels will be low while your body readjust, juice or fruit is good. keep posting and you will get great support here Congratulations on your quit woo hoo day 1 :)

  13. Friday was 3 hours walking dogs and then my own Arms babs abs Saturday walked dog for 1 and half hours Babs abs Sledging, thighs are killing me lol

Oh my lol a blanket would have to go over it when the vicar comes to tea lol My Nan had a minor bird named Fred, he used to do the telephone and when they went to answer it he would say Fred a good boy and my Nan would shout no you frikin aint, my Nan swore like a sailor but that bird never cursed once, but had a great sense of humour :)

I totally agree smokers are self absorbed we don`t see this though until we are the other side of the fence, I am sure smokers would complain if all non smokers started spraying chemicals in the air for them to breath, addiction wears blinkers :( as for the man you speak of, karma will do her work there I feel
