    I think this is an absolutely brilliant post and cant believe i have just seen it! way to go you and your nook looks fantastic and almost spiritual so happy for you and I hope this post gets highlighted I thinks its pure brilliance xx

  4. there are lots of different ways depending on taste but i like mine crispy and sticky yum peel the parsnips and cut off top and bottom, if they are small you can just cut them up into 2 inch pieces, if large cut them in half and cut out the woody core running on the inside then pop in a shallow oven dish, drizzle with oil (not too much) cook on 400F for about half an hour (until turning just crispy) then take out drizzle honey over them, turning them in the honey (as much or as little honey as you like) then pop back in oven until honey is turning brown and gooey enjoy :)

  11. Tiff scream and cry the bloody house down if you need to! Its not that you want a smoke its your addictive body needing a fix , this uncomfortable crap is all part of the purge and healing keep venting but keep telling and yelling that you dont want one, fake it til you make it and trick that brain xx

  13. congratulations tony on your quit, glad you are breathing better :), not sure about the sleeping, for me it took 3 weeks to get back into regular sleep patterns, have you tried cutting down on caffeine or maybe new pillows etc?
  14. you can have everything you enjoyed before without the smoking, in the beginning its about replacing and reaffirming with good habits, taking a book outside is a great idea :) you are doing wonderfully Ricki one day at a time hun :)
  15. monday - 3 hours dog walking babs abs dumbells & squats today - half hour run/walk with dog (more aware of pulling in abs when walking) babs abs - day off :) body weight strengthening exercises and lots of stretching

  17. I think if you smoked with them they wont feel bad about smoking themselves, when we quit, it just makes them realise it can be done and they are ashamed that they have not, they need a partner in crime!

    Hey feels kinda weird in this suit, I feel all funny, might even insult a few just for kicks, it's very liberating :) Must change back soon though, I think this suit is rubber and there seems to be feathers on the inside hmmmmm
