  1. Good idea I'm going to try that :)
  2. Day 7 completed, leg lifts are a beast! I don't like them at all lol
  3. Do whatever gets you through ricki your quit is the priority, the rest can be addressed at a later date, that's why we have an active fitness and eating forum most of us stuffed our faces in the beginning the art is learning when to say ok enough now :) Compensating with low calorie meals is a good balance to those treats, your sugar levels will be out of balance for a while not withstanding the old mouth habit You are doing great so I do think your higher power is with you :) Have a great day with your grandson x

    My shameful secret

This is exactly where I am now in my quit, last year to get it into check took a lot of time and energy and now I am so ready to move along onto the next phase of life, I am ready to get out of the lifeboat after being rescued and now reaching the shore. This year is full of exciting possibilities, the slate is wiped clean and its time to reinvent myself or as you say get back to where you should be I wish you all the luck in the world, your new plans sound exciting Thanks x

The only thing with NRT is eventually you will be going cold turkey, some people like to just rip the plaster(band aid) off and others need to take their time its what ever works for you

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
