  4. Are you more aware that your health is failing.... Do you wake up coughing, chest tight and feel just awful when lighting up that "must have" smoke in the mornings? Have you already been diagnosed with a smoking related illness....and you are scared? Are you just plain Fed up with the whole thing? If the answer is yes to any of these TODAY IS A GOOD DAY TO QUIT You have nothing to be scared of if you QUIT but everything to be scared of if you don't Just JUMP and the board will catch you One step at a time YOU CAN do this!
  5. It's important to call on all those tools we learned as a newbie! Hope today is a better day for you Raya?
  6. I can relate to this post cpk not knowing what is quit related or life related, that's when you get depressed by it all as its so much to think about what I did was write two lists, one for quit related and one for life or past issues that maybe needed addressing, once I saw them on paper it was easier to sort them out and understand they are separated and unrelated Although smoking may have masked some of these feelings like a smoke screen This sounds like a time for healing for you, try to make a list and then work your way through it, it is a slow process depending on what's on your list but with patience and time you will find peace and acceptance
  7. Happy Easter everyone Nope

Hi raya Yes all topics are open for discussions depending on their content they could go in the social section or quit smoking section The blog is good for your own thoughts or journey journal but they can be deleted there is a delete button also you can put the blog to private or publish less people read these though than a posted topic

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
