  4. evelyn i am feeling your grief can you get in touch with a few charities to help you through these tough times, in times like these we need all the help we can get (((hugs))) I am pleased you have friends coming over this is good :)

I think if you really want to quit you will find a way, joining a support site is the best way as you get real education and advice from real addicts with no hidden agendas like trying to make money out of them the rest you will find your own method and path that suits you - and you keep trying until you do find the right way :)

    yes Trish it does :( I had that too in the early days but it does settle down do you drink alot of caffeine drinks like tea, coffee and soda? as this affects are bodies more during the early weeks of quitting
  7. hi sharon good morning :) avatar pictures - I used shrinkmypictures.com and then chose the avatar setting then when you have saved the one you shrank you can upload it from your profile (hope that makes sense) you tube - open the video you want right click and copy url right click and paste to (thread) hope it works :)

((((Sue))) awww how awful for you, my nephew gets bullied, he goes to karate but has a sweet nature like his mum unlike me who tells him to kick em in the goolies You just want to go over there and sort them out i know, its so frustrating for you, your poor boy i want to hug him too and the wee one (((hugs))) Hope things get better for your family soon xx

  19. beacon i think i remember you saying you didnt like your job but i might be off track here but being unhappy somewhere will make you a lot more grumpier and it has a knock on effect in other areas of your life i find at the moment i have less patience with people than usual but i think thats personal stuff not quit - life reflection because of quit has something to do with it maybe?
