Wow soozie thats fantastic especially this early on in your quit I tried to avoid them places at first I put myself in self exile for quite a few weeks but I wished now I did what you did and jumped right in proud of you Soozie - thats the way to do it girl xxx

the good thing is here you still have a great mix of people from all over the world so there is support here 24/7 i think that is an important part so noone is caught napping ;)

2 weeks ago i booked myself into a hotel for 3 days - it was bliss i tell ya :) when was the last time you went out for a all girls or boys day/night out

i used to listen to those youtube hypnosis videos either the quit smoking ones or the peace of mind ones - dont worry you wont run around like a chicken lol but it does settle the mind and I have to say I havent yet had a quit dream but I cant say for sure that that was why?? but worth a try?
