  1. great post to re-evaluate and reaffirm my quit on occasions some very recently I have allowed the doubting doors(junkie mind) to creep open - I am working very hard through my circumstances to make what you say in this post so Jonny and I am winning :) education and correct mind set is absolutely crucial for a forever quit

  6. evelyn you said you also reduced your meds what with that and your quit your body is all out of sorts crying is its way of dealing with it nice deep breaths, drinking your tea and distract yourself ((hugs))

    im glad you finally ate but im laughing alot as i can imagine the steam coming out of your ears and you know you was just dying to say something to the hostesses :lol: if only you had your pink fur ball hat on ;) and i bet your poor wife was quite as a mouse keeping her head down - file that day under C

  12. you can do this you are stronger than you think as someone else says " a crave is not a command" get nasty with it, shout at it people used to think i was crazy when walking and I would be having this out loud argument with myself but thats what you got to do tell it to get lost and stop bothering you and then distract yourself and ignore it

  15. for 1 you post as much as you need and 2 you are no bother at all 3 you are getting these cravings as nicotine has gone back into your system and your addict brain is saying oh lovely give me some more - you have to fight it Evely and tell it NO thats your lot thats all you are getting and you are not getting anymore no matter how much you scream at me you have to fight it and let it know you are the boss try and keep busy and work through any craves - update your blog, play the games here have a little fun take your mind off it if you can
