Today me and my nephew are non smoking quad bikers I have taught him how to ride it today - 10 laps of the garden and then he graduated to the fields - he changes all gears aswell :) proud aunty but a few grey hairs LOL PS awful photo - but that look is pure fear pretending to smile - somehow he managed to dodge the dog and the cars!

Great Post Cher - thank you its very important to me to be in control of my own desitiny as much as possible I am an Nicotine addict but I am in control now I was in denial for so many years (29) The wake up call is so enlightening and thankfully mine came before illness forced me and it may of been too late

Mine was how much I can smell and taste everything so differently and how much I smell better, the downside I can smell horrid smells better too, especially stale smoke on people Its all been positive though and continues to be :)

lol sue I was quite squiffy ;) but alas I put the fire on and fell asleep like an old lady - its wasn`t a pretty sight lol I may have fallen asleep with open mouth and drool :lol: but I was smoke free and turned another corner :D
