  2. unfortunately juan there will always be these problems even if things go smooth for a while something will pop up you know so somehow you have to get your mind to know that smoking will not make these things and problems go away smoking is just a distraction - the problems are still there x

Hi Laura great to hear from you, you are doing so fantastic my advise dont get too drunk, drink plenty of water and take time out breaks, stay away from smokers as much as possible and leave early if getting to hard but in between all that try and relax and enjoy yourself have a get out plan before you go

  18. after the 6 week point was when the penny dropped that I quit most looking forward to 7 months as my previous quit was for 6 months and I like to venture into unknown territory but I already know its different I just like collecting ribbons ;)

  21. The tastes buds are better and I love my food but it tastes so much better now Freedom from the chains of having to plan in advance, checking out places to smoke, having to stop on road trips etc Not being stared at like you have 2 heads from passers by Smell better the list is endless...
