I confess... When I was younger me and my sister visited our village shop, the old lady who owned it was slow so she had a bell on the door than rang when you opened it Me and my sister being sneaky little monkey's would open the door slightly, one hold the bell and the other sneak in and steal some sweets (candy) Then sneak back out, then we would go in legitimately and buy about 10 pence worth of sweets As we got older this trick worked for smokes too I think we got too greedy as the old lady suddenly got a German shepherd and that stopped our free shopping :) Please forgive me Joan(shop owner) ps we loved the dog x
