Tonight is the last night with my mum for quite a while, brought on 24hours early due to transport issues and God bless her she is chain smoking! Normally we have a routine I go out of the room (alot) or when I stay to be sociable have to have the door open Normally this is just bearable but tonight it's just awful my eyes are stinging, I feel my chest and throat tightening and I just can't stay in the same room even with the door open! It's so sad... our last night She is smoking more because she is stressed and this is keeping me away as I'm feeling sick The smoker v the ex smoker...never has the divide been so apparent and so very sad :(

Hi hun, have you spoken to Your doctor how you feel, they maybe able to help in some way? Something alot milder maybe? As for smoking, 15 months and what you personally went through to get to that point, took an immense amount of personal strength, believe in yourself, you can come through this x
