Hmmmm too many wines,at happy hour managed to leave my bag at the dinner table returned two minutes later and poof it's gone, the fact I called the police and told them staff thieving bar stuards bag back in five minutes and no problem and I was fuming stomping through the hotel lol I got it back ;) I think they knew I meant business grrrrrr

The Spanish love their football it's on every tv here in every bar I see the poor wives sat there bored witless as partners wave and shout at tv

Lol Sharon the dish is just called potatoes Canarian no not going to water park last year I went to Siam park so this one here will seem rubbish I have just discovered happy hour at the pool bar lol they do not advertise it but trust me to find it out lol I think they might hire me as the entertainer so if I am really good I can wear one of their fluorescent tops Lmao I am staying in riosol hotel in Puerto Rica which I have to say is fab great seafood for dinner and great views wine is good too and I have included in sangria lol tommorow is. Beach day as I should be acclimatised by now and not burnt to a crisp, the pool here is ruddy freezing I age 10 yeArs every time I get in lol the highlight of my holiday is tomorrow I will be buying a lilo I lol I am so excited More to follow from Judith lol

Hello peeps just a quick word from gran canaria I am on pants connection and kindle so typing about one word every ten minutes lol There is smoking everywhere here it's awful they smoke in all the restaurants and bars you just can't get away from it It just 're affirms my quit they look stupid and stink I have not had one craving so far which I was surprised about I think I have just been so grossed out with the amount here Hope you are all well Bloody hot got to jump in the pool!

I am off on my holiday Its the first beach holiday as a non smoker :) I am in a much better place as a non smoker than I was a month ago so not really worried I know I will not smoke! My travelling companion smokes on holidays so I am expecting a few triggers and craves - especially when the cocktails are flowing but I will just drink more, eat the paper umbrella or parrot or chuck myself in the pool ( I will probably do that anyway without a trigger or crave LOL) I dont have time to do individual PM`s so: Rez - flying solo - but I got my parachute on UK ers - we will fix a date for the union on my return - in the meantime keep thrashing out your dates Rez,PIP, Lace & Stu - don`t be eating all the cookies save some for me and say Hi to anna for me and thanks for the wishes Joe - wishing Amey speedy recovery - I think you should make a thread as to get support and it to be inspiration to people still to quit or struggling with quitting Rowland - you got this - one step at a time NOPE for today - keep posting - keep training no cheating in the sticks and great chicks thread!
