  7. great news as from tommorow I can drive rez truck :) good job I have my hgv licence but just around the the park for me for a while until i get used to the otherside im crazy but not stupid lol oh great great news :lol: poor rez lol :P

  9. firstly breath nice and slow in hold and then nice and slow out keep doing this take a drink of something sweet run up and down stairs or jump on the spot for 3 minutes stick loud music on and dance like a looney tune say to yourself you are ok you can do this its ok
  10. to be honest nat the best thing for me was keeping busy wether the mind or hands do something you enjoy for me mostly this was walking but my very first few day i was working as a live in carer so i couldnt go anywhere and i hadnt found this site by then its a bit of a blurr to be honest i drank lots of green tea i cant stomach water so much i slept when i could and ate lots of snacks but i would eat healthy a drink plenty keep reading here go back to old threads there are thousands to choose from and my advise post post post and dont be sorry honey xxx

  12. hey nat nevr say sorry for posting thats what its here for maybe start your own blog its a good thing to read your own journey as time goes on also you could post some pictures in the gallery or play the games here in social this or that the question game post numbers chicks or sticks etc
  13. its good still hot here so that suits me :) only 2 more weeks though and then its going to cool off cant get over the sheer size of everything here even the milk is sold by the gallon lol hoping to start driving around soon its driving me nuts not driving so far i have driven a golf cart and tandem bike illegally :) hoping to get to a few games i want to see a live football, baseball and hockey match :) wont understand a thing and will drifve rez nuts keep asking questions but i can cheer and eat hot dogs and look the part :)

    Non Smoking Cats

    ok thanks i have a friend who has 2 cats and they are indoors only so im guessing if they are indoor cats its best to get 2 :)
