    Non Smoking Cats

I have competition for the little kitty the lady below is after her, so I am just leaving it to fate and see where she wants to end up, but I will take her and her sister not just the little one already lining up potential kitty sitters ;) but as I say fate will decide but kitty food will help :)
  17. yes they are and i know i have been doing things the hard way, Im now jumping on the sarges carriage of easey peasey I understand it now, its took me a while!
  18. Some of us have meh moments during our quits for me they are emotionally linked when I felt low or vunerable or just feeling sorry for my dam self!! but each time I get through a Meh moment I feel stronger I add the experience to my quit tools I might think mayhem is all around me, no matter what is going on in my life but I have to hang on to that rope, I have to stick to nope I go back to basics, I read, I reach out until I get back to where I should be and then the meh moments vanish as quick and as strong as I allow them to come as soon as I change my thinking they just leave It feels like the more I give it thought, the more power I give that urge but then realising you have that power makes you understand that you can also change it distraction is good and trying to solve the situation of the cause of the meh moment is good smoking will not change the situation one little bit! For anyone having a Meh moment please reach out, talk about it, post it, pm it, work it through, something will click just hold on to that rope

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
