Welcome BatGirl... congrats on the best decision. Quitting sucks... it is hard... and it sucks and it is hard...and it sucks..... but soon...before you know it... poof... easy peasy. The payoff from this quitting smoking thing is amazing. Even after 2 years...I still see different benefits. You are doing great... keep on keepin on.

I chewed the gum as well... I think the worst part of not using it is the Habitual Ritual.... chewing other gum definitely works. Keep on keepin on... sounds like you are doing great.
