What About Using Herbal Cigarettes To Quit Smoking? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=22EO9TF-MTU Yesterday a question was posed on the video "Prolonging withdrawal symptoms"about using herbal cigarettes to quit smoking. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OHx12... 16. The issue has been resolved. You can change your passwords all you want now. :)
  17. "When you quit smoking, you're detoxifying yourself from nicotine." Prolonging Nicotine Withdrawal Video explains how the 72 hour withdrawal symptoms that I discuss in many of my videos and articles is only applicable to true cold turkey quitters. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OHx12A8-mFg Related Articles: Pharmacological aids Part II http://whyquit.com/joel/Joel_03_08_NR... 18. You never have to worry if you lose anything regarding login credentials because I can fix all of that with the click of a mouse. The issue with changing the password - I'm not completely sure what is going on. I need to go ever each line of the permissions and other settings to make sure that something isn't checked that should be or vice versa. I tried to change the password on my test account and it wouldn't let me either. I made an entirely new group with new permissions and still that didn't work. It has to be something more in detail in the system but I didn't have access to all of it last night while using my phone. I work on it this afternoon and get it resolved. :)
  19. Try now and let me know. :)
  20. I used to keep Al Fresco Sausages in the fridge at work in case I needed a quick shot of protein. The roasted tomato is good too. My latest are the whole grain English Mufflins with 5 gr of fiber. Nooks and Crannys. :)
  21. Try it now...
  22. After my evening run, I'll make sure that you can change your password. A member awhile back had this issue as well. I think it was Evelyn.
  23. "A trackback link is a way for two Web sites to communicate with each other. It's a URL containing a special code that sends a ping to the original content sources, alerting the writers to links to their blog from outside sites."
  24. Are Doctors Taught About Nicotine Recovery? Sometimes the response people get from their doctors upon finding out that they had quit smoking is less than enthusiastic, often expressing great skepticism that the people will be able to sustain their quits over the long-term. The former smokers are often left discouraged and at times begin to question their own ability to stay off. Video explains why physicians are often pessimistic of people's ability to quit smoking and stay smoke free over the long term. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u__qleLP1bw

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
