  5. I couldn't agree more. When we exercise, we have more energy. When we exercise, we feel good about ourselves. When we exercise our bodies release endorphins which make us feel very positive. There's a reason why they say exercise is addictive and you get a natural high. It's the endorphins released during exercise that make us happy and calm. Of course don't forget the necessity of exercise to promote good health. :) NOPE30eT

  11. Rob, We're here to help but you haven't let any of us down, only yourself. You've woken the addiction back up and if I were you, I would quit right now. Don't wake up and smoke. Make today your new quit date. The point of quitting is to break the addiction which by the way comes with all sorts of nasty diseases. The point of quitting is to free yourself from the chains of this deadly addiction and to save your life. Don't ever give up fighting for your life and that's the battle you're in right now.

  19. When I first quit my doctor put me on Wellbutrin XL to help but the dreams, man they were something out of Hollywood. So vivid, colorful, real and bizarre. I'm sure it was from the meds, but still, some of the dreams just creeped me out. :)
  20. Neither of my parents smoked. Most of my uncles and maternal grandmother smoked heavily.
