  1. Breaking Bad?
  2. By the way, I've watched the entire series of Breaking Bad twice and now I flip through the episodes instead of watching other crap on TV.
  3. It's all good. Every episode is awesome. It just keeps getting better. The spin off from Breaking Bad, "Better Call Saul" was very good. The first season ended last month.
  4. Thanks for stopping back in and congrats on 6 months! :)
  5. It most certainly does. :) Prolonging Nicotine Withdrawal Video explains how the 72 hour withdrawal symptoms that I discuss in many of my videos and articles is only applicable to true cold turkey quitters. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OHx12A8-mFg&feature=youtu.be Related articles: Pharmacological aids Part II http://whyquit.com/joel/Joel_03_08_NR... 9. Great job, Michelle!! That's a great idea; set up an allotment from your pay to get put into it's own "quit account". I wish I would have thought of that when I quit. That is a great idea.
  10. NOPE!!!! Nothing and I mean nothing is going to come in between my quit and I. Nothing.
  11. Well, are you? Do you need to be? You might be surprised at what the correct answer is... http://www.quittrain.com/topic/2096-video-introduction-to-joel-misc-educational-videos-by-joel/?p=47188
  12. Great thread, Markus. New Reactions To Anger Video discussing why many people find themselves encountering exaggerated anger responses after initial smoking cessation. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KC8wRhjLFL4 Related article: New reactions to anger as an ex-smoker http://www.ffn.yuku.com/topic/12462 Related videos: The emotional stages of loss https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vk1EC... 13. Sounds fun.
  14. Not smoking and all of the freedom and benefits quitting smoking brings about will last forever. The initial "newness" one feels when they first quit often relents and leaves quitters wondering where the benefits went but the non-action of no longer being a smoker is the lasting reward. Great thread! Glad to see you're finding your new normal; a normal that was meant for you and one that you certainly deserve and have earned. :)
  15. NOPE. Despite what may happen and where my thoughts go, I am 100% committed to never taking another puff. Not one single puff ever, no matter what! :)
  16. Whoever wrote that is nothing short of a genius. What incredible insight this person has :dirol: .
  17. Great post and insight. I too would always worry if I had enough smokes to last at work. What if I had to work over? Would I have enough? It was like almost a panic if I was running low. Now, all that stress is gone.
  18. Those rotten people.

  20. Beryl, the tobacco overtook her When they gave her a Booker She was dead in her grave After all she gave After all she gave https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qJOAaMw6yzk

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
