  8. In conjunction with upcoming Earth Day, there's a "cigarette butt" challenge that takes place every year in Toronto. The challenge is to see how many people they can get out to pick up cigarette butts in the course of the day. Their goal is to pick up 1 millions butts but to date, they have so far fallen a little short of that number. I didn't hear how many they got today yet but there was some coverage on the evening news that showed people dropping off lage plastic bags full of dirty, soggy discarded cigarette butts. Here's a link to the local story: https://www.agreenerfuture.ca/events-list/2024-butt-blitz-toronto
  9. NOPE!! No Way! Not Today! Not Tomorrow! Then just repeat.....
  10. Glad you came back @jacobrose Stay strong, you can do this!!! Some of us do have setbacks. I had one myself. After a 6 year quit I went back to smoking unfortunately, but this time I am determined to keep my quit. Keep coming back here, that is what has helped so many of us. Play the games in the Games section, they are lots of fun and we have a lot of laughs, especially with the Sticks and Chicks game!! 🙂
  11. Those three videos worked for me What have you got to lose by watching them … Nothing…but could gain so much never give up … giving up Glad your back
