  3. This is such a nice achievement The quit train forum ticker that shows the time that i have stayed away from cigarettes have played a major role in this successful journey . That ticker gives me a big positive vibe when i look at it . Thanks for setting it up like all that . Thanks to all the staff and people who have helped me with their talks and advice's One advice i have to give you all is that , you all need more time to learn and to rewire and to adapt to a life without smoking . Thanks

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
