  10. @mei, it's so good to hear from you! Congratulations on your 7 year quit you name popped up on my kindle calendar this morning and I was so hoping you'd check in and tell us how you were doing so thank you for doing that. Hopefully it won't be so long between visits!

  11. Jillar, Congrats on your 7 years. My 7 years is today August 12th. Not sure I would have made it without people like you in the beginning. I remember Nancy,you CBdave and the Nope pledge and Stewbum. Anyway I'll try to pop in once in a while. Life is good. Thank You All for the support over the years. Anyone starting or struggling with their quit. It can be done. I am proof. Previous 40 year 2 pack a day habit. You all can do this if I can. Stay Strong!!! Quit Train Strong!!!

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
