  2. Good Morning Quit Trainers. Last night I dreamed I smoked two cigarettes with a friend (long-time smoking companion). Before I had the third, the thought was to post an admission, to let @jillar and @Doreensfree know I fell off the train but was going to get right back on. I felt super disconcerted until I realized it was a dream. The best part though is that my QT buddies have apparently infiltrated my deep subconscious. Thank you!

  6. I had issues with smoking dreams too. I guess it makes sense since smoking was such a big part of who we were that it would still be part of our subconscious. I think it is normal. The important thing is that you didn't smoke in the real, awake world. Keep up the great work.

  8. It was cool and rainy here. We didn't have anything pressing. So, just hung out at the house all day. The most excitement we had was letting our one-year old daughter paint a wooden Christmas ornament. Exciting in that giving a toddler access to paint always involves a level of risk. She painted Santa Claus. Didn't go with the traditional red suit. She had eight colors and used them all. Now we have a tie-dye Santa...he looks like he used to follow the Grateful Dead. Lazy days are good from time-to-time.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
