Steven, I am so happy for you, I am right behind you at six weeks here. I also have other issues to deal with but have decided to accept the anxiety and depression for what it is. It has been with me since childhood. I have decided at my age now I will just let it be. It is part of me and does not deserve my time, I find that since I made that decision that is melting into the background. The same with the smoking it also is slipping away, never thought any of this would happen. I am happy to finally feel some relief no matter how long of short it is, embrace it..... you are winning!! Boo I had the honor of watching a neighbor build one very much like this for his baby girls. I got to watch those girls play in that little house for years. I cried the day he took it down, his girls so big that it was coming apart and they did not use it anymore. The childhood memories though will be with them forever. You give your baby such a gift of love! K3 points

I am so happy Sophia is doing well after surgery, I lost a dear sweet boy in 2017 after a surgery. I never knew what happened, his belly got swollen and they found internal bleeding from his spleen. removed the spleen and I got him home again but it started again couple if days later from the pancreas, I had to let him go, did not want him to suffer anymore. Very, very hard. I was taking care of a close friend in my home at the time who had to have lower leg amputation, he got on the net and found a look alike rescue. I could not say no so my Toby got adopted. Same dear friend passed and I have his dog now, a chow. Also have my little girl I adopted after my husband passed, so I have three furbabies and they are the greatest gift. I could not live without a dog, they are truly man's best friend. K2 points

Thank you, Kris, that is nice of you. Yesterday I had an email from her surgeon after I sent a photo of her incision area. The surgeon said that in another week, Sofia may return to normal living, except on the gastrointestinally appropriate, low fat diet. Such a relief.2 points

Thank you Nancy for Remembering ....8 years ago a desperate Quitter stumbled your way ... You reached a hand out to me ...gave me a name ,and became my Guardian Angel .... I will love you forever . Since then I have met the wonderful People ....my heart is big and you all fit in there .... I have so many friends here ,who I will remember always ..... I Find it hard to believe it's 8 years ....it's flown by .... It's weird at the beginning you are counting the minutes ,hours ,days and weeks....and now years pass .... I still get that huge sense of pride ,when another milestone comes up .... And beat the air....I Finally Did It ...!!!!!! Thank you Quit Train ...and all its members passed and present ....your the reason I stay .... To get you that magic feeling and the buzz ,when you know you have kicked this horrible addiction ...
