  2. Hello all my wonderful QT friends. I just want to drop in to say Hi and let you know that I've just been so occupied lately with a new major project at work that I haven't been in the Forum lately. I'm doing well, rarely ever thought about smoking any more. I miss you all and really miss teasing Doreen in Chicks & Sticks, I'm still here and will check back when I can. Take care everyone, keep it strong! John NOPE

  6. Happy 100th Birthday to Mother Piggy! Her special day was yesterday and we actually got to visit with her for a 1/2 hour at the care facility she's in. Visitations are almost non-existent now with Covid but we had a great visit with her all the same. and brough lots of home baked cookies (Yum)! I think she had a great day even though she was dreading her 100th

  21. I was talking in another thread about my baby daughter's blossoming drumming career (banging on pots and pans with a wooden spoon). Reminded me of this song, when I was a kid this was the official Friday theme song of the Morning Zoo Crew in Chattanooga...

  28. Heard one of those blast from the past songs today. Van Halen's 1984 was the first album I bought with my own money...on cassette tape. I couldn't crank it up like I used to, my baby girl was napping, but I still like this song...

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
