Bouncing back to life on the train... Um...just realised that sounds like I'm starting over...but nope still on the road to three years. Missed yous all too much to stay away.

Hello darling smoke-free, nicotine-free creatures. Happy to be here. I'll be voting for Boo, he makes so much sense and he adores, as do we, our favourite amphibian.

NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE NOPE

NOPE!!!! NOT TODAY!!!!!

I'm here. In fact, this month marks four years that I've been here. That's enough time to get a college degree or serve one-term as President of the United States. I've certainly gotten an education being here and I think my approval ratings are better than any American politician. Vote for Boo 2020!

NOPE - I don't smoke anymore.

You may be tracking every hour, every minute at times but, this won't last long. Soon smoking/quitting will not take up so much brain space. I hollered, 'Free Your Head' to myself for a while. I took a few screaming showers. They were cathartic. Let us know as issues come up and we will commiserate or find you resources that may help. Do anything you need to do to free yourself and know that the journey will get easier. Believe us, we don't lie.

G’day NOPE .....Not One Puff Ever.... (replace Ever with Min Hour Day as required!)

Oh timber floors all the way. Congrats on your Princess...make sure you get a pic of your bank balance before she turns 4 it tends to decline after that.

Keep up the great work, @Britt Things do get better with time and whatever early struggles you may be experiencing will be worth it. You are doing awesome!

Love this !!!!......

Fabulousness!! So proud of you -- now on your way to 48. You're doing this!

Yaaaa.....Hi Sweetheart.....take your seat ....it's still warm ..!!!!.❤❤❤❤

Ugh. ^^^^^ So glad you are back. Really really really missed you, sweets !

Woof Woof Woof @Boo Black Labs are maybe the goofiest dogs. When I lived up in the CA hills, my Flora Lily hated water. Weird for a dog with webbed paws. She hated it so much, she would jump over little rivulets of rain water lest her toes got wet and the hose would set her to shaking. She had a barking problem also, and plenty of wild pigs, raccoons, skunks, deer and Mister Blue the peacock, etc to holler at. I am still in The Rat Wars MMXX. Still averaging 1 dead a day in one of 10 snap traps. Still....ugh.

Hey Boo.... while there is still time....you wanna come play !!!!!!!

Hi Everyone! Thought I'd introduce myself after a couple months of lurking and finally joining today. I've been nicotine-free now for 44 days...my longest quit since 1999. I am truly thankful for the internet, this forum and Joel Spitzer's videos which gave me a lot of mental ammunition to get going on stopping smoking! Looking forward to communicating with the group here...your posts have been most helpful and inspiring to me the past couple of months. Thank you all so much!

Welcome to our merry band of quitters, Betty. Are you currently smoking ? When is/was your quit date ? NOPE, Not One Puff Ever, needs to be permanently etched into our consciousness. You threw away a Six Year quit. This is a colossal lesson for you, for all of us, and a brutal reminder that addiction doesn't magically go away and stay away. It takes vigilance for the rest of our lives to stay free and we must never become complacent. Not One Puff EVER. NEVER EVER. Please, avail yourself to all our resources and build yourself a strong and sturdy quit. Smoking has nothing for you, nothing at all. NOPE

Pumpkin Soup..yummo...no pic 😏...but quick n easy....pumpkin soup has to be the best soup ever.

If you're stuck in a hole, the first thing you do is stop digging. If your addiction to cigarettes is diminishing the quality of your life, stop smoking cigarettes. The slavery of nicotine addiction is self-imposed. You can walk away from it with a commitment to never smoke again. The choice is yours. Always has been, always will be.
