Congratulations @lml on your very first (of many) month's of Freedom! You have worked so hard to reach this 1 month mark. Watching you grow with your quit has been inspiring. Not only have you gone smoke free but you are have also gone nicotine free. You should be so proud of your achievement I know we all are. So make sure you take some time out, pop your feet up and reflect on how far you have come. And spoil yourself with a reward because you deserve it.8 points

In a year that has thrown numerous hurdle into your life path you have fought hard and KTQ like the quit master that you are. I hope you have some brownies all ready to kick back in your shiny new Lido Deck recliner and celebrate your awesome work and achievement. For all the work you do around the boards, with bring back long forgotten posts for the newbies so they can have their second or third life. For always being one of the first to welcome newbies, or celebrate or answer and sos or a question. Or for keeping half the boar din hysterics with your wonderful ability to question like a 2 year old.... we thank and salute you. To help kick of the celebrations I prepared a special cake just for you, complete with special ingredients... well done my friend and congratulations on another brilliant milestone.7 points

Morning NOPEsters.... well its still pitch black outside but I'll pretend its a nice lovely day... the potential is there... it is definately a wearing of red thongs day (on my feet people, on my feet) need me some colour... so besides being awesome and smoke free, and noping what does today hold???... its is UN World International Peacekeepers Day... where we remember all those peace keepers who help police the world.... In Aus, its wear white to work day to remember all those lives touched by suicide, so I actually had to go buy something white cos I didn't have anything.... and it is Biscuit Day... events on bickie day include extreeme dunking challenge, a symposium on creamed or not creamed... so here is a special shout out to all the Biscuits I've loved before... there is the Monte Carlo, the Iced Vovo, the Kingston.... omg I just got frickin topic of the day peoples.... So before I rush of to do the mum thing an get the kids lunch ready... I need to do the most import thing to start my day.... I hereby pledge that on this most auspicious day of the biscuit I will NOPE cos nothing controls my life but me. Topic of the day: Biscuits (in honor of Biscuit Day)7 points

Unchartered territory. No oars, motor, navi, or map. Howdy!!! Still not sure whether or not this content will be read. How did you quit smoking? Was it planned or on a whim? Mine was both. I planned, quit, then failed,. Tried again and again. Until I finally quit. Just quit. Decided that was that, read Carr's book again (yep, first time failed), found a supportive forum. I quit. Quit. Done. Next. Moving on. I did not binge prior to my final quit. I have binged before. The mentality being -"I'm going to smoke and drink until I'm so sick I'll never want to do this again!" So, after 18+ months, I am thankfully labeled a non-smoker. ex-smoker, PERSON THAT DOES NOT SMOKE! I don't smoke. I eat. And ate. A lot. I ate too much over the course of 18 months. This evening I binged. On food. And drink. I re-read the books. A different quit starts tomorrow. I binged today knowing I would not tomorrow. This weight must come off & it will. I quit smoking. I can do anything. And I will.6 points

I almost forgot, this bloke helped set up the new recliner and I invited him to stay for the celebrations. I'm not sure why he insisted on bringing his saddle too but assume you'll be able to find its purpose... Happy lickin' Quit Aversary5 points

Ah what can we say about everyone's favourite Bunny? I have such a lot to thank you for, from nurturing a flicker of life in the early days of my quit through to knowing the right things to post as I've progressed. You are an absolute star. 2 years quit is a huge accomplishment, especially with all you have been through. I'm so happy for you today and proud to have you as my friend. You rock! Mine was both too lust in that I had been telling myself for almost two months that the party(?) was over. I had changed where I smoked in preparation. And then one day I just said to myself, I'm done. I know you will tackle your diet with the same tenacity that you did with smoking. I have full faith that you will succeed3 points
