  2. 5 days into my QUIT! I know I CAN!
  3. Nope for me ya'll . Have a good day.
  4. I only use it in conjunction with this:
  5. I'm in a tough spot here folks. My gifs don't work anymore and now I'm having difficulty posting memes as well. Perhaps I've become too dependent on gifs and memes in my posting. So now may be the time to make a clean break. However, I do worry that I may not be able to sufficiently communicate my know-it-all and smartass ways using only the written word. I found quitting smoking easier than expected. I'm worried that withdrawal from goofy internet stuff may prove more difficult.
  6. Yes you can.. you did the last 5 days and will do it tommorow!!!! I dont know about you but somedays I have good days and then some days like today is rough as heck! But with this kind of support, it makes it so much worth it

20!!!! hope you got the gifs working... maybe a babe of the day post as a sticks trophy.
  13. Yeah I once did a total sugar detox for about 6 weeks, it was much worse than quitting smoking! Sugar is more addictive than cocaine! I really hate the diet stuff, pure poison in a bottle! should come with a skull and cross bones on the label. Be careful of all subjects it can make your eyes squint
  14. I know a young lady...who drank that much cola ,she had lost ALL her teeth ,by the time she was 28.... I never touch the stuff....and never allowed my little people to drink it... If it can clean a dirty toilet ...can you imagine ,what but does to your stomach.... Now masterbating ......................................
  15. Thanks so much guys, its much easier now that i have Quittrain I cant believe I'm really doing it!!!!
  16. Looks like she's enjoying that a little too much
  17. Two (that's 2) wins today by the Sticks. That means, chicks have to do our poopy laundry for a week now
  18. 16 your nose is growing !!!
  19. 18 Someone has to
  20. I never associated Christmas or New Year with smoking so I'm not too worried. Now drinking?? Maybe ................ I agree though. Sometimes "family gatherings" can cause some stress as well so you DO need to be aware and remain on your guard!
  21. 10 It's not us I'm worried about. It's you chicks. I don't like it when it's quiet. You chicks are sneaky and next thing you know, we're on our ass somewhere!!
  22. Oh! The Mighty Sticks are crushing it today!
  23. tomorrow is the party ? Just another smoke free day for most of us.... but another smoke free YEAR for the smelly chick! ...
  24. Thats the spirit lad keep at it.
  25. Gotta go... well done... !!
  26. I know there may be some value to having all your posts in one place but I think you're posts now should be in a thread with a different title like maybe: I Want To Quit and Now; I Know I Can Do It!
  27. Hey girl! Way to go That first week can be tough with all the change that's happening and now .... you're through that! You still have work to do but please do reward yourself for a job well done Then, keep climbing Latoya. You'll find a way to get it done!!
  28. 2000 Miles. A classic for those who know.
  29. That is really gross but somehow it's hard to look away.
  30. Day 4...Fighting cravings a bit but the main thing is I’m fighting the battle successfully ?
  31. I like the social aspects of smoking.....it is always good to smoke with another smoker. Cristóbal

Thanks peacetrain, I am doing better today and more motivated.i have lost 5 lbs since Thursday so far so good. Walked on the treadmill today for an hour. Lisa
  33. That is interesting Jules. Can't imaging smoking that much and not seeing the resulting yellowing somewhere on your hands. Maybe because you are younger and your skin doesn't stain as easily?? Good job on the 11 days quit too! Keep it going. You know the challenges will continue for a while yet so stay strong in your commitment Jules
  34. What I like, very much, about this post is that if someone (like me) had read Allen Carr numerous times but still felt the urge it shows you that you're ok and it can be perfectly normal. I wish I'd have had this post to read many years ago as I would have cracked on, head down, instead of thinking well I must be a special snowflake who can't quit because I still don't feel that peace and excitement that I thought was a given. This deserves to be pinned if you ask me.
