  1. Hey DeeGal. Glad you were able to exhaust yourself enough to avoid any "slip". Probably the same for most of us where some particular situation is so ingrained in our subconscious and linked to having that smoke that it's really hard to get comfortable now. Just think about how far you have come already though - such a lot of work and so many rewards to your health (and wallet). Now that you know Sat. will be your challenge day, you can prepare for the fight in advance. You'll see. After a while longer even Sat won't be an issue any more. If you need an automatic PM from someone each Sat. for awhile, let me know - be happy to give you a reminder:)
