  4. Day 25 now? There is no wlight at end of the tunnel, right? You see it was never so bad as you expected it to be. That's it, it won't get worse. Little by little you'll stop needing it, then you'll stop desiring it, and soon you won't even think about it. After a few years, it would seem strange you ever did it. Life is so much more enjoyable without smoking, sleep will get so much better, smells will be back, tastes. But not only, the enjoyment of life will be different, you will be very much happier, more content with yourslef and it is all all going to be better, get better and feel better, just hang in there and rock that quit!
  5. Yeah, that's me. Eli short for Eliander and Leander, same. So cool you remembered! We also used the chatroom with Blacky to synchronize the dive bombing in the +1 -1 forum game. I don't think I've had such good laughs since! Yeah, I'll stick around for sure. Glad to see you are still smoke free and rocking it. P.S. Now that I thik about it, I should have used my old nick, I think I didn't because I didn't expect to find anyone known here. Let's see if there is a way to change it. P.P.S Oh, well changing it was easy. Here we go now, back in the old skin.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
