Find rewards of beauty.  Look at a painting you love, listen to a piece of music, dance around.

"move a muscle - change a thought"

You are doing GREAT.

Yes..... I love to randomly shout out things...….So out of character which makes it funny...…….which makes me laugh...….which causes a  distraction.....which diminishes a thought...…

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!

A few short months ago I was spazzing, fighting off those urges!!!! there were days when I was in a constant battle!!! But persistence always wins. I was determined to beat this.  I CAN do this!! no matter what my mind was saying, I couldn't give up the fight!!!

Just some reflecting of times past!

The miraculous transformation we all experience

from addiction to freedom

is the best part about quitting.

This is what keeps my quit solid, as well.

I am so happy for you QueenB.

You quit smoking !

I used to go back and read my posts from the beginning of my quit each month just so I wouldn't forget where I came from. You are doing great!  :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
