Call the waaambulance.

I should have done some blog entries when I was feeling good.

I will do that, for sure.

In the meantime,

Blaaaaach!

I feel unappreciated at work.

I feel yucko.

What do people do who don't drink or smoke for an escape.

Exercise? Really?

Eating sounds good but that only goes so far and I'm not loving the weight gain as it is.

Knitting? I don't know how. Maybe I should learn.

Read? I love to read but I'm lookin' for something else.

SOMETHING IS MISSING!!

Sleeping. That is great!!! However, I can't sleep my life away.

One foot in front of the other.

This shizzy feeling will pass.

It always does.

Just don't smoke.

OK.

I knit. I learned on youtube years ago. It's great but becomes an expensive pastime. If you are interested this is a great site for supplies: www.knitpicks.com

This is a great site for patterns. www.ravelry.com

If this is something that you do get into don't buy any patterns, I might already have them :)

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
