I am so pleased with myself, a few things happened over the weekend and my first reaction was not, I want a ciggie, in fact now I think about it, didn't enter my mind. ( dealing with son's father always makes me want ciggie)

It even feels like the depression has eased a bit. I think re-reading Allen Carr's book has helped. Its Tuesday today and I really don't have that restless feeling. Their is one draw back, I think I have a problem with NRT. I didn't really click until reading the book. That will be the next thing I deal with.

Thank you all my new friends.

This is a very peaceful Gabby over and out.

About us

QuitTrain®, a quit smoking support community, was created by former smokers who have a deep desire to help people quit smoking and to help keep those quits intact.  This place should be a safe haven to escape the daily grind and focus on protecting our quits.  We don't believe that there is a "one size fits all" approach when it comes to quitting smoking.  Each of us has our own unique set of circumstances which contributes to how we go about quitting and more importantly, how we keep our quits.
