Hi I am new. This is my second day. I just took the pack I had hidden in my room, wet them, and threw them away. I downloaded Alan Carr's book and have been reading .i have cravings and a headache. Strangely, i have no appetite today; I thought I would be eating to compensate...

 

So, I am anonsmoker.
